Coriander prices on Friday fell by Rs 58 to Rs 6,126 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid weak demand in spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for July eased by Rs 58, or 0.94 per cent, to Rs 6,126 per quintal in 1,445 lots.
Similarly, coriander for August delivery decreased by Rs 60, or 0.96 per cent, at Rs 6,208 per quintal in 2,795 lots.
Market analysts said subdued demand in spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here. PTI
