New Delhi, Coriander prices on Tuesday rose Rs 50 to Rs 7,120 per quintal in futures trade as speculators widened their holdings tracking firm trend at the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander for June delivery went up Rs 50, or 0.71 per cent, to Rs 7,120 per quintal with an open interest of 7,305 lots.
A firm trend in spot market and restricted supplies from producing regions pushed up coriander prices here, market analysts said.
For delivery in July, the price went up Rs 68, or 0.96 per cent, to Rs 7,188 per quintal with an open interest of 505 lots. PTI
