Cottonseed oil cake futures rise on fresh bets

New Delhi: Cottonseed oil cake prices on Wednesday increased by Rs 19 to Rs 1,853 per quintal in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions driven by firm spot demand. On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for delivery in December traded up by Rs 19, or 1.04 per cent to Rs 1,853 per quintal with an open interest of 19,880 lots.

For delivery in January cottonseed oil cake traded higher by Rs 25, or 1.37 per cent, to Rs 1,852 per quintal with an open interest of 3,140 lots
