Guar gum futures fall on low demand

New Delhi,  Guar gum prices on Friday fell by Rs 125 to Rs 9,904.00 per  quintal in futures market as traders offloaded their holdings in line with weak trend in spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for Decmber delivery fell by Rs125, or 1.26 per cent, to Rs 9,904.00 per  quintal in 17,905 lots.

Marketmen said slackness in demand in spot market and increased supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
