Jeera futures decline

New Delhi, Jeera prices on Wednesday went down by Rs 385 to Rs 21,875.0in futures trade.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, Jeera contracts for March delivery was trading at Rs 21,875.0 down by Rs 385, or 1.73per cent   with an open interest of 10668  lots.

Marketmen attributed the downward trend in Jeera prices due to short selling.
