Refined soya oil futures fall on low demand

New Delhi,  Refined soya oil prices on Tuesday fell by 30 paise to Rs 909.3 per 10 kg in futures trade as speculators reduced holdings amid subdued demand in spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in October declined by 30 paise, or 0.03 per cent, to Rs 909.3 per 10 kg in 23,520 lots.

Market analysts said cutting down of positions by participants against ample stocks mainly influenced refined soya oil prices.

However, refined soya oil contracts for November traded higher by Rs 3.1, or 0.34 per cent, at Rs 911.6 or per 10 kg in 15,230 lots. PTI
