Turmeric futures decline on low demand

New Delhi. Turmeric prices on Monday went down by Rs190 to Rs 10,036.0per  quintals in futures trade.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, Turmeric contracts for April delivery were trading at Rs 10,036.0 down by Rs 190, or 1.86 percent per  quintals with an open interest of 11810 lots.

Marketmen attributed the downward trend in Turmeric prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.Mandibhav
