Mustard seed prices eased

Mustard seed prices eased 0.08 per cent to Rs 3,966 per quintal in futures trade on Thursday amid cutting down of positions by participants taking muted cues from the physical markets.

At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, mustard seed contracts for October delivery fell by Rs 3, or 0.08 per cent, to Rs 3,966 per quintal in a business turnover of 65,300 lots.
