New Delhi, Coriander prices on Friday rose Rs 60 to Rs 6,666 per quintal in futures trade as speculators widened their holdings tracking firm trend at the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander for June delivery went up Rs 60, or 0.91 per cent, to Rs 6,666 per quintal with an open interest of 1,325 lots.
A firm trend in spot market and restricted supplies from producing regions pushed up coriander prices here, market analysts said.
For delivery in July, the price went up Rs 50, or 0.75 per cent, to Rs 6,738 per quintal with an open interest of 7,595 lots. PTI
