Jeera futures decline

New Delhi, Jeera prices on Tuesday went down by Rs 285 to Rs 21,075.0  in futures trade.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, Jeera contracts for March delivery was trading at Rs 21,075.0 down by Rs 285, or 1.33 per cent   with an open interest of 11,277 lots.

Marketmen attributed the downward trend in Jeera prices due to short selling.
